By purchasing the TGI Key, Master Key, Super Key or Pro (hereafter called “Key”) the Purchaser agrees to the warranty terms and conditions included below. Products purchased from an authorized Key reseller have a limited one year warranty and are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. Such defects are limited to the normal and reasonable use and care of the Key and accessories provided by or purchased from the reseller.
Should the Key or accessories fail within 30 days of shipment, the item will be replaced at no charge to the Purchaser; after 30 days, it will be replaced with the Purchaser responsible for shipping and handling.
The following exceptions void the warranty of products purchased from a reseller:
-Problems that result from physical damage
-Usage that is not in accordance with the Key’s operation and maintenance instructions
-Products which have been tampered with
-Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components
Key Warranty Returns
If you believe you have a defective Keyor accessory, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 925-443-2254. Customer Service personnel are available during support hours (8:30 – 4:30 Pacific Time Zone) to help address issues you may have with the use of your Key. In the event the issue cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to a replacement product under the terms of the Key’s limited warranty. All returned products MUST have a Return Authorization Number on the exterior of the package to avoid being rejected. Replacement products may include refurbished Key products or accessories that have been recertified to conform to new product specifications.
Warranty Coverage and Exclusions
The TGI Key and accessory limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in every Key product received during the applicable warranty period, subject to certain exceptions. The Key’s warranty period is one year from the date the original Key product is shipped to you, as determined by the date on the packing slip or invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product. TGI Science reserves the right to change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but such changes will not be applied retroactively. The current Warranty Policy shall be that posted on the TGI Science web site at www.tgiscience.com.
Reseller clarification: TGI Science, its subsidiaries, and direct affiliates are not responsible for any representations, commitments or assurances made on its behalf that are contrary to or in addition to the policies, warranties, and assurances included within this or other published TGI Key warranty.
